    A Return to the Theatre: For the first time in a while, we will be producing an Original Scripted Theatrical Event!

    “Fried Green Beaches” (written by Rebecca M Davis and Tootsie Spangles)

    A loving satire/tribute to Female Friendships, and Gal Pal movies of decades past (ie Fried Green Tomatoes, Beaches, A League of Our Own, and more!)


    This Giving Tuesday, we're kicking off our funding drive to reach our Production Goal of $3500.00


    WHAT’S THAT FOR? This covers venue rental, rehearsal space, tech crew, stage management, costumes, etc.

Summary: The Stay Up Late Show (SULS) is a Black Female and Queer theatrical producing body, focused on stimulating older artists to make new work and exposing new artists to established audiences. In addition, The Stay Up Late Show produces its one-of-a-kind LIVE talk show/cabaret on a quarterly basis, bringing together the best of theater, burlesque, arts, politics, and local cuisine.
